Q: I'm interested. What do I have to do to get into the program?
You need to complete an intake (initial paperwork and a drug and alcohol health assessment) with a licensed alcohol and drug addiction counselor which takes about an hour and a half to two hours. Once you do that, you are ready to start treatment
Q: How do I pay for outpatient addiction treatment?
Six Dimensions Counseling addiction treatment can be paid for by insurance (we are in-network with Blue Cross, Preferred One, Health Partners, Medica, UCare, Cigna and MHP). If you have a Rule 25 (county funding) for specialized drug and alcohol addiction treatment services you may be able to get funding for outpatient treatment if the assessor believes it will be helpful to you. You would need to contact your county assessor and set up a new appointment. You can also self-pay. Payment plans are available, you can opt to pay "per session," or we can identify a different payment schedule; you don't have to pay all at once.
Q: I need to complete drug or alcohol addiction treatment to get my driver's license back. Will your program meet requirements?
Yes. Our drug and alcohol addiction programs and services meet court and Department of Public Safety Requirements. We are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and CARF accredited.
Q: What is addiction treatment like?
We strive to create an environment that is safe, inclusive, and relaxed. We are not here to judge you, we are here to help. We hope you find Six Dimensions to be a community that inspires you to keeping working toward your personal goals.
